- All WADE/S Mode products are made to order through our fulfillment partners.
- Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times (after fulfillment):
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)
Note: These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, postal services, or global events outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, weight, and destination.
- From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly advertised on our site.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping fees may apply.
- WADE/S Mode is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- WADE/S Mode has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
