  • All WADE/S Mode products are made to order through our fulfillment partners.
  • Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.

Estimated delivery times (after fulfillment):

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, weight, and destination.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly advertised on our site.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping fees may apply.
  • WADE/S Mode is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • WADE/S Mode has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
