At WADE/S Mode, every product is made-to-order through our fulfillment partners. Because of this, all sales are final unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be satisfied. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Since our products are printed on demand:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.
  • Please check our size guide before placing your order.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Steps to file a claim:

  1. Contact us at info @ wadesmode . com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and photos of the product showing the issue.
  3. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund if replacement isn’t possible.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
  • If an order is returned to sender due to an invalid address, the buyer may need to cover re-shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you must place a new order.
