1. What does WADE/S stand for?

WADE/S = Walk And Don’t Eat S#!t.
It’s more than a name — it’s a mindset. Urban. Minimal. Loud.


2. Do I need a membership to buy from WADE/S?

Nope. Membership Not Required.
WADE/S is for everyone who walks their own path.


3. How long will my order take?

  • Processing: 2–5 business days (every item is made to order)
  • Shipping:
    • USA: 5–10 business days
    • Canada/Europe: 7–15 business days
    • International: 10–20 business days

You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships.


4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every item is custom-made, all sales are final.
But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. Just email us within 14 days with photos.


5. What if I ordered the wrong size?

We don’t do exchanges for sizing, so please check our size guide before ordering. If you need a different size, you’ll need to place a new order.


6. How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and items. Occasionally, we run free shipping promos — stay tuned!


7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes — WADE/S Mode ships worldwide.
International customers are responsible for customs, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.


8. What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

If your order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but goes missing, we can’t take responsibility. Please check with your local carrier or neighbors.
